Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive net and retail sales growth while increasing market share.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retail accounts to identify new business opportunities and strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Education, Finance, Creative, and Sales Operations to execute integrated business plans.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop localized assortment strategies and support product launches, promotions, merchandising, and retailer marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer insights, and retailer performance to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Manage annual promotional calendars and support the execution of in-store, digital, and omnichannel marketing programs.
  • Partner with Field Sales and Education teams to successfully execute retailer events and activations.
  • Ensure strong brand representation across retail stores and digital platforms through effective merchandising and marketing execution.
  • Own key financial metrics for assigned accounts, including sales performance, promotional investment, inventory, and profitability.
  • Participate in forecasting, financial planning, and sales estimate processes while identifying risks and opportunities to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in prestige beauty, luxury retail, consumer goods, account management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and influence cross-functional partners.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing sales performance, financial metrics, and account planning.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.

 Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,550.00 to $143,800.00Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
