Job Title: Manager, Account Lead TFB/BL NA
Reports to: Executive Director, Account Management

Position Summary:
The Manager, Account Lead drives growth across assigned retail accounts by building strong partnerships, delivering flawless execution, and ensuring the brand wins at every touchpoint. This role translates brand strategies into impactful account plans, optimizes omnichannel execution, and delivers against net and retail sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Growth:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned retailers, managing day-to-day needs and strengthening partnerships.
    • Build and execute account plans that grow market share and brand presence, aligning to category, channel, and retailer objectives.
    • Leverage insights from retailer data, competitive activity, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and recommend actions that deliver incremental sales.
  • Strategy & Execution:
    • Translate global brand priorities into locally relevant plans with clear KPIs.
    • Lead execution of launches, promotions, and marketing activities to maximize sell-through and elevate the consumer experience.
    • Drive a consistent omnichannel experience by integrating in-store and online initiatives.
  • Financial Accountability:
    • Partner with Planning and Finance to develop accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans.
    • Track performance against targets, analyze results, and proactively adjust plans to close gaps.
    • Monitor demo/freelance productivity and optimize investments for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Marketing, Education, Creative, and Sales Operations to deliver cohesive, high-impact activations.
    • Communicate results, opportunities, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and field teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in prestige beauty, fragrance, or retail.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with experience managing forecasts and budgets.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and building strategic retailer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
