Description

The Senior Manager, Channel Integration & Operations serves as a key partner to the VP, Channel Strategy, driving execution, operational excellence, and cross-functional integration across the Aveda and Bumble and bumble Commercial organization.

This role serves as the operational engine behind the Commercial organization, connecting people, priority initiatives, and channels to accelerate growth across the North America Haircare ecosystem while strengthening the Aveda Institute network and Free-Standing Stores as strategic assets for the future of the brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Integration

  • Partner with the VP to ensure alignment and execution across Specialty Multi, Aveda Institutes, Free Standing Stores, and future commercial initiatives.
  • Connect priorities across Sales, Education, Marketing, Finance, Global, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration, communication, and integration across channels while respecting each channel’s unique business objectives.

Commercial Operations

  • Own the operating cadence for the Commercial organization, including leadership meetings, business reviews, annual planning, and action tracking.
  • Partner with account and sales planning to develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to monitor business performance, key initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate executive communications, presentations, and leadership updates.

Growth Initiatives

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the Haircare ecosystem and support long-term business growth.
  • Serve as the business lead for the development, launch, and ongoing evolution of the Aveda Institute Alumni Network, partnering across Education, Marketing, CRM, Salon Sales, and Institute leadership.
  • Identify and lead additional initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen channel connectivity, and unlock future growth opportunities.

Business Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, enhancing operational effectiveness, and improving ways of working across the Commercial organization.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while ensuring accountability and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Support special projects and executive priorities as directed by the VP.

Customer & Partner Excellence

  • Champion a seamless, customer-centric experience across the organization, strengthening satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnerships through operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the end-to-end experience for customers and commercial partners, translating feedback and insights into scalable improvements that drive engagement and business performance.
  • Ensure commercial initiatives are delivered with consistency, quality, and a customer-first mindset, fostering strong relationships and reinforcing confidence in the Aveda and Bumble and bumble brands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or a related business function.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Highly analytical with experience developing executive presentations, business reporting, and actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and a passion for driving execution.
  • Experience within prestige beauty, consumer goods, retail, or a similarly dynamic industry preferred.

 Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,550.00 to $143,800.00Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
