Position Summary
The Digital Manager will be responsible for delivering sales goals across digital initiatives and overseeing end to end operations, strategy and growth of key digital channels including our ecommerce site, SMS commerce program, corporate intranet page, and emerging digital initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands on execution, ensuring seamless digital experiences for customers and employees while driving measurable growth and engagement. The Digital Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams including creative/marketing, IT, operations, customer service, and external partners, to execute innovative solutions that enhance brand presence, strengthen digital adoption, and maximize business impact.
Description
Digital Operations & Management 75%
- Responsible for delivering sales plans for all digital initiatives, tracking & managing KPIs, identifying risks & opportunities to deliver plan
- Lead daily operations of the ecommerce platform, SMS commerce program, and corporate intranet page.
- Ensure platforms are functional, optimized, and aligned with company, brand, and business objectives.
- Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance platform performance.
- Manage digital process, including online product launches and listings, promotions, pricing/discount structures, and content updates.
- Ensure legal compliance on all digital initiatives
- Manage brand escalations, work directly with brands to confirm all details and connect with appropriate resources to quickly address
- Own and distribute digital marketing/promotional and comms calendars in partnership with marketing team
- Manage ongoing maintenance and updates of the product database, including addition of new products (gathering product details/images/copy/etc.)
- Lead and operationalize annual NA Online Breast Cancer Campaign activation
- Partner with HR/Benefits, customer service, and gratis teams on new hire, retiree & severance information packets
- Perform routine CCS.com site maintenance checks and continuously monitor and update any outdated information (ie. discontinued products, price changes, discount updates, etc.)
- Assist in checking product inventory, out of stock items and arrival of new products to ensure proper stock status and availability
- Own end-to-end branded bonus offers for ELC field employees. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service team and warehouse partners to ensure success of rollout.
- Communicate with distribution center partners on inventory management, flash sales, etc.
- Actively merchandise products for an optimal user experience
- Support digital enhancements and new digital programs
- Collaborate with Senior Manager and Assistant Manager, Digital & Commercial Innovation as well as UX/UI teams on routine site optimization
- Manage Corporate Intranet page strategy and updates
- Provide reporting & analytics to support strategic decision making.
Strategy & Growth: 15%
- Develop and execute growth strategies across digital programs, focusing on increasing sales, engagement, and adoption.
- Identify trends, new technologies, and opportunities to expand digital reach and enhance user experience.
- Provide reporting & analytics, and track KPIs, to support strategic decision making and optimize digital channels.
- Launch and manage new digital initiatives to support business goals and evolving market needs.
- Serve as subject matter expert for digital platforms.
- Continuously improve digital platforms through testing, user feedback, and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with all CS channels, field sales, planners, supply chain, distribution teams, and retail operations team to ensure inventory efficiency.
Collaboration & Communication 10%
- Responsible for all digital communication requests
- Manage all SMS commerce messages
- Partner with marketing and other internal partners on all communications to ensure clear & comprehensive messaging for digital platforms.
- Regularly touch base with customer service team on all digital platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote company programs and employee engagement via intranet and digital tools.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital management, digital operations, ecommerce or related fields
- Proven track record of managing and scaling digital platforms or programs
- Experience with SMS commerce, intranet platforms, and ecommerce site management preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
