ROLE SUMMARY: Reporting to the category lead, the Global 360 Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving conception, market research, end-to-end project management, the creative/product execution together with the activation & content development. S/he will help manage the execution of the marketing strategy as well as category growth worldwide. S/he will be the lead liaison between all cross-functional teams. Reports to Executive Director, Makeup, focused on Color category.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Executive Director in leading functional and technical coordination to execute given strategies and their required deliverables
• Responsible for extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis and for making recommendations to increase market share based on analysis
• Translate consumer insights into strategic marketing drivers
• Conducts competitive analysis in collaboration with Regions
• Coordinate claims testing of insight-based consumer concepts with external partners
• Work with the Global Business Planning Group to compile sales forecasts benchmarking and recommendation to Category Leader
• Conduct competitive pricing analysis for NPL’s and recommendation to Category Leader • Implement concepts for consumer-centric marketing initiatives and storytelling that recruit new consumers and cultivate existing consumers
• Responsible for creating data-driven, consumer-centric concept, 360 briefs to inspire best-in[1]class brand creative assets and product.
• Collaborate closely with Creative to build visual brand identity and creative assets aligned with brand strategy and target consumer
• Manage end-to-end launch process, specifically responsible for input and up-to-date KPI’s
• Responsible for all Marketing technical system inputs and maintaining accuracy on a daily basis, specifically Bubble, Runway, GMW, PLC
• Ensure accurate COG’s benchmarking and making updates as changes come in; responsible for accuracy in Monthly Scorecard report, elevating issues to Executive Director with recommendations on solves
• Drive compliance with Stage Gate and GTM milestones, including retro-planning approvals to meet milestones on time
• Support Executive Director in fostering a collaborative, creative and focused, data-driven environment

Pay Range:
Anticipated Base Salary Range $87,550.00 to $143,800.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
