Description
The MAC North America Marketing Team is looking for a Manager, 360 Marketing. The Manager will be responsible for supporting the execution of full 360 marketing programs and will work closely with Consumer Engagement, VM, Creative, and Trade Marketing to develop tailored campaigns. Additional responsibilities include:
• Own the marketing calendar and category management by assessing competitive landscape, liaising with Global Marketing and planning the execution of key consumer engagement initiatives
• Contribute to the identification of new product concepts based on market trends, competitive activity, brand white space and specific retailer opportunities
• Support the creation of all Brand Presentations for Sales and Retailer meetings including video/presentation assets, as well as regional and strategy meetings.
• Responsible for forecasting new product launches
LAUNCH / CATEGORY MANAGMENT
Sales Growth and Market Share Gain
• Work closely with the Executive Director, and other Marketing roles, Account Management and Global to understand consumer trends and develop the category product strategy for the brand in North America
• Contribute to the identification of new product concept and commercialization opportunities based on market analysis, competitive activity, brand white space and specific retailer opportunities.
360 Strategy, Program Development and Cross-functional Coordination
• Support execution of full 360 go-to-market plans and own briefing to cross-functionals.
• Supports Executive Director in identifying North America strategic market opportunities and partners with Global, trade marketing, and cross functional teams to develop market specific elements.
• Conducts COG, pricing, and ROI analysis for all new product launches, as needed.
Performance / Market / Competitive Tracking and Reporting
• Develops ongoing business reviews for the category: including overall category performance, research on trends, competition, consumer dynamics and strategic recommendations.
• Develops launch recaps, including working with cross-functional partners to track performance of sales, advertising, digital, and in-store activities. .
Forecasting and SKU Management
• Leads the New Product Launch forecasting process from building forecasts, obtaining alignment leadership with Senior Management, and delivering the forecast to Sales Planning and Demand Planning.
• Manages analysis of SKU assortment, resulting in recommendations for the annual North America Line Edit and SRP Increase process (discos, etc.)
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5+ years related experience. Bachelor’s degree is required, masters degree a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of market/consumer trends. Marketing experience within the cosmetics category and significant marketing campaign development experience.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent project management skills, and the strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of the Global Marketing team and cross-functional teams
• Ability to grasp key marketing analytical skills while also being extremely creative
Pay Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
