ABOUT THE ROLE

The Post Producer will oversee the end-to-end post-production process for still and motion content across TOM FORD Beauty and Couture brands.

 

Reporting to the Director of Production, this role is responsible for managing all post-production workflows from ingest through final asset delivery across global campaigns, ecommerce, social, and digital channels.

 

Working closely with Global Creative, Marketing, Digital, and external post-production partners, the Post Producer ensures all content meets the premium visual standards and technical specifications of the brand. This role requires strong expertise in image retouching, motion finishing, color workflows, versioning, and global asset delivery pipelines.

Description

Post-Production Management

  • Oversee the full post-production lifecycle for still and motion assets from ingest through final delivery across campaign, ecommerce, social, and digital platforms.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and post schedules to ensure projects remain aligned with campaign launch milestones and global distribution requirements.
  • Partner with the Director of Production to prioritize workloads across multiple productions and ensure post workflows scale efficiently across projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external post-production vendors including retouchers, editors, colorists, VFX artists, and finishing studios.
  • Track asset progress through editing, retouching, color, sound, and finishing stages while ensuring alignment with creative intent and brand standards.

Still Image Post Production

  • Manage retouching workflows for campaign and ecommerce photography, ensuring consistency with the brands visual language and luxury standards.
  • Coordinate with photographers, retouchers, and creative teams to review selects, feedback rounds, and final retouched imagery.
  • Maintain retouching guidelines and ensure consistency across global markets and seasonal campaigns.
  • Oversee image versioning, cropping, and formatting for multiple channel requirements including ecommerce, digital marketing, social, and retail environments.

Motion Post Production

  • Manage editorial workflows including ingest, editing schedules, rough cut reviews, and final cut approvals.
  • Coordinate color grading, sound design, graphics, and finishing to ensure final motion assets meet creative and technical standards.
  • Oversee versioning and adaptation of motion assets across platform specifications including social, paid media, retail, and global market deliverables.

Asset Management & Delivery

  • Manage asset organization, naming conventions, metadata, and archiving within the brand’s digital asset management systems.
  • Ensure final assets meet technical delivery specifications for global distribution across ecommerce, social, retail, and marketing channels.
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and technical compliance before final delivery.
  • Maintain clear documentation of post workflows, delivery specs, and asset libraries to support long-term asset management.

Vendor & Budget Coordination

  • Manage post-production budgets under the direction of the Director of Production, ensuring financial accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Source and coordinate post-production vendors including retouching studios, editorial houses, and finishing partners.
  • Assist in negotiating scopes of work, and timelines in partnership with Legal and Finance teams.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in post-production, creative production, or content production within beauty, fashion, luxury, or editorial industries.
  • Strong expertise in still image retouching workflows and motion post-production pipelines.
  • Experience managing editorial, color, finishing, and asset delivery across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management systems, file organization, and versioning practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple post-production timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with production and workflow tools such as Wrike, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with high creative standards.

 Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $139,600.00Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
