Sr. Manager, NBE
Position Summary: Reports to the Senior Vice President and leads the execution of the E2E Brand Pillar including empowerment roadmap, governance, and timeline for newly integrated and emerging brands across the portfolio. Serves as the primary liaison between Brand stakeholders and the cross-functional E2E Core Teams across R&D, and Regulatory. Expanded responsibility of this senior manger is responsible for enabling new brand’s journey of thier innovation capabilities, processes, and tools leveraging ELC framerwork. This includes working with brand on: innovation strategy, NPL process, pricing, and commercialization frameworks, while ensuring alignment to organizational objectives to drive successful execution through full go-live.. The Senior Manager oversees project execution, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and executive reporting to support operational readiness, speed-to-market, and long-term business growth.
Long Description
Key Responsibilites:
- Manage the end-to-end (E2E) empowerment journey for the brand that they have been assigned from onboarding through full enablement
- Work strategically to analyze and develop E2E R&D workstream (from 100-day plan implementation, first phase of onboarding)
- Lead E2E R&D & Regulatory Brand workstreams in collaboration with Brand, NBE, Region, and Functional R&D Leads
- Manage ELC R&D tools and systems workshops to understand brand’s tools and processes to align on joint approach across people, process, and technology
- Support new market expansion (commercial acceleration) workstreams by ensuring product lineup regulatory readiness
- Lead New Product Launch (NPL) workstream to understand brand’s NPL process and manage its evolution and enhancement (Hybrid NPL, tools, roles and responsibilities)
- Work strategically with new brands on their 2 & 3-year Innovation, assortment and pricing strategy
- Lead Artwork workstream (process evolution, tools, roles and responsibility mapping) with Brand and NBE Artwork partners
- Lead Claims and Legal Marketing review of brand lineup across packaging and website with ELC Legal Marketing/Regulatory
- Lead Packaging workstreams with Brand and NBE Packaging Lead
- Manage Brand sustainability and R&D requirements to align with ELC roadmap
- Partner with E2E Core Team and Brand stakeholders to organize and prepare materials for empowerment workshops across brand, functions, regions and affiliates. This role is also responsible for presenting the empowerment workshop materials to senior staff members.
- Support Change Management for Brand and R&D workstreams as required
- Lead the relationship with the E2E Core Team and Brand stakeholders to consolidate and refine information for regularly held governance meetings (E2E Core Team Weekly Meetings, E2E Brand Core Team Weekly Meetings, Monthly E2E Empowerment Oversight Meetings, Monthly Executive Operating Committee Meetings, Quarterly Executive Steering Committee Meetings)
- Document and issue timely recaps of open issues, next steps and owners resulting from E2E Core Team meetings and workshops. Responsible for appropriate follow up and ensuring any issues are quickly resolved.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of annual strategic NBE Group planning process
- Lead the preparation and presentation of special project assignments
- Proactively anticipate the SVP’s needs with information gathering, data analytics, documentation and communications to drive empowerment strategy
- Document continuous improvement to maintain NBE Group Playbook evolution
- Support SVP on strategic executive level presentations as needed (BDC, IDC, Strategy decks)
Pay Range:
Anticipated Base Salary Range $102,400.00 to $168,750.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
