Operations Lead

As Operations Lead, you are the driving force behind our production operations. You translate strategic ambitions into measurable results, build strong and empowered teams, and elevate our site to the highest standards in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & People (SQDC+P).

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As Operations Lead, you will translate the Beauty Reimagined strategy into tangible results on the production floor. You’ll ensure our operations deliver with speed, agility, and precision to meet evolving consumer expectations, building strong partnerships across Quality, Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

By driving transformative innovation, you’ll turn new technologies and ideas into measurable improvements, while fostering a culture that embraces change.

You will shape smart investment strategies that strengthen and future-proof our manufacturing capabilities, taking ownership of budgets and capital projects.

Leading and inspiring over 800 employees across 5 Workcenters managers, you’ll reimagine the way we work by empowering teams, embedding Lean practices (5S, VSM, TPM, RACI), and driving a high-performance culture.

Finally, you will fuel sustainable growth through bold efficiencies, using data and digital tools to optimize capacity, output, and quality while championing both productivity and environmental responsibility.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader with a master’s degree (preferably in Engineering) or equivalent experience. You bring 7 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex operations.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Six Sigma certification is a strong asset. But most of all, you are an inspiring leader, empowering our manufacturing teams!
