As part of a collaborative Nordic HR team (based across Denmark, Finland and Sweden), you will work closely with our commercial leaders to deliver HR that strengthen performance, enhance the employee experience, and ensure operational excellence — always with a retail-first mindset.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support and administration for employees in Norway and Travel Retail
- Lead end-to-end recruitment to secure top talent that drives sales and customer experience
- Implement, follow up and continuously improve HR processes in Norway
- Design and facilitate impactful trainings and workshops locally and across the Nordics
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Norwegian Sales organization, supporting managers in driving team performance and engagement
- Manage employee relations and support in legal case handling
- Coach and train managers in HR processes, performance management and Norwegian employment law
- Lead and contribute to Norwegian and Nordic HR projects that strengthen business outcomes
- Collaborate with the wider Nordic HR team on cross-country initiatives and best practice sharing
This role includes regular field visits to our stores to stay close to the business and our people, as well as 2–3 annual trips to the Nordic head office in Copenhagen.
Most workdays will be based in our Norwegian Sales Office in Oslo.
Your Qualifications
You have 2–3 years of experience in HR or with HR tasks, ideally within retail or a fast-paced commercial environment. You are ready for a role where you over time can develop yourself, take ownership, influence decisions and work independently.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (or equivalent)
- Has solid knowledge of Norwegian employment law
- Has experience handling employee relations and legal discussions
- Has experience with recruitment and training/facilitation
- Is confident working with HR systems, MS Office and AI tools
