Position Overview
The Monitoring & Insights Sr. Analyst plays a key role within the PXT organization, leading complex data initiatives, analyzing operational data & trends, and automating manual / repetitive processes. The incumbent is responsible for implementing Continuous Improvement projects, such as process streamlining, capacity creation through identification of automation and integration opportunities, SLA improvements via process analysis and improvement / elimination of hold times and backlogs, to cite a few examples. This individual works closely with multiple stakeholders across HR Services delivered by both internal PXT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, data driven decision making, and partnering with cross functional teams to elevate service delivery.
Qualifications
- Advanced in Analytics and automation tools (such as Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, etc.)
- Proficiency in high level programming languages (such as Python, SQL, etc.)
- Advanced MS Office and Microsoft Excel skills (Power Pivots / Queries, Multiple Data Source Combination, Visual Basic programming).
- Experience in leveraging AI models such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid consulting and active listening abilities.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills; able to convey complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to identify patterns and variations in data and analysis.
- Strong learning agility for new processes and systems.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, investigate issues, and formulate root cause analyses.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a timely manner and take initiative to make processes and programs better.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to pivot quickly while bringing assignments to completion.
- Must be detail-oriented and identify when data-related issues need to be escalated
- Ability to work with diverse audiences and manage effective relationships.

Accountabilities
- Responsible for developing Operations Dashboards, whilst ensuring data quality, accuracy.
- Leverage Operations Dashboard data to detect trends, generate predictive analytics analysis, and provide real time insights for optimized decision making.
- Identify automation opportunities within HR data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Design, build, and deploy automated solutions using tools such as Power Automate and UI Path.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity, governance, and continuity.
- Be proactive in identifying potential new analytical projects to extract knowledge from raw data and transform it into meaningful and impactful information.
- Lead or co-lead high-impact HR data and automation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, align on deliverables, and drive execution.
- Monitor projects from initiation, design, planning, execution, and completion, sometimes with tight deadlines.
- Identify improvements related to performance metrics.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum Years as Data Analyst experience: 4+ years.
- Knowledge of Oracle HRIS system (PUI) & ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus.
