The Retail Data Strategy & Analytics Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the full lifecycle of sales data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and availability to drive business decisions. This role goes beyond operational oversight by driving the strategic use of data to support commercial growth, performance monitoring, and long-term planning. As a leader, the Manager is responsible for guiding and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, data excellence, and continuous improvement. A key part of the role includes collaborating across functions to support the centralization and standardization of retail sales data, ensuring alignment with global data governance practices and enabling more efficient and scalable reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leadership & development for the retail sales team members.
- Data integrity & quality controls, monitoring key data KPIs, ensuring accuracy and completeness in time.
- Stakeholder management, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data strategies and deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Data centralization & standardization in retail sales by implementing global harmonization processes across regions.
- Process improvement & automation, identifying opportunities to enhance tools, streamline processes, and optimize manual work.
- Data strategy & governance, supporting the broader data strategy by contributing to the design of scalable data structures and governance models.
Qualifications
- Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience.
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
