Job Description
As a Global Go-To-Market Assistant for two international skincare brands (women’s and men’s), you will help shape and implement cohesive 360° strategies that create seamless and impactful consumer journeys. Working closely with internal Marketing and Creative teams, you will contribute to the orchestration of key touchpoints to drive global brand awareness, desirability, and engagement across priority regions and markets. You will also play a key role in coordinating with local teams to ensure global strategies are effectively adapted and executed at the market level. In addition, you will support online and e-commerce initiatives by helping develop and coordinate digital assets, content, and CRM tools to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence across platforms:
• 360 Marketing Project Management :
o 360 competitive benchmarking & analysis (Activations strategies, 360 Campaigns, Visual Merchandising, Instore experiences, Social … in the overall Luxury and Beauty industry) / Best practices identification
o Amplification via boost/sponsored budget of influencers partnerships & content
o Support in the design of all the Consumer Marketing presentations, to be shared with the top management, regional and markets teams
o Help GTM management to build 360 activations ecosystems and strategies
• Online / E-commerce:
o Brief the creative team and the product marketing team to develop brand assets for our e-commerce sites and online campaigns (Holiday, Valentine’s Day, etc), and develop new, engaging, and conversion-oriented content for our digital platforms.
o Follow up with markets on the implementation of global visuals on their platforms.
o Oversee the development of new CRM assets to improve the online customer journey and increase customer loyalty.
o Manage e-commerce projects to support key traffic moments with landing pages and animated content across all channels.
• Internal & International Coordination:
o Ensure strong relationships with regions and markets from a Global standpoint. Project management & follow up to gather:
all the Marketing’s departments documents (strategies, guidelines, ad hoc material…) at a Global level
all the markets’ requests/needs, to make sure Global teams address these
in order to ensure a perfect alignment between Global Brands strategies and Local activations
o Help to coordinate the different Brands departments, specifically Marketing and Creative, to ensure smooth communication in between, to address respective needs at a Global level (Content & Assets lists, processes standardization and documentation formalization…)
Profile
Soon to graduate from a business school, with at least 1 first corporate work experience, you are fluent in French and English.
This internship is for you if you are interested in marketing topics in the luxury/beauty industry.
You have knowledge of 360° marketing and media, and are proficient in Word, Excel and PPT.
You are known for your flexibility and ability to manage several projects at once, while demonstrating conscientiousness and precision in project follow-up.
Finally, you are recognized for your creativity, analytical skills and autonomy.
