POSITION SUMMARY
This position plays a critical role in accelerating the growth of KILIAN PARIS by transforming brand storytelling into cultural relevance across Owned, Earned and Paid media.
Working in close partnership with the Global Events & PR Manager, this role is responsible for developing the global consumer engagement strategy through content, social media, influencer marketing and paid media.
While the Events & PR team creates the brand’s physical experiences and manages the global events calendar, this role ensures these moments generate maximum cultural impact, conversation and Earned Media Value by orchestrating best-in-class content strategies and influencer activations.
In partnership with the Global Marketing Director, Global Online Director, Creative and Regional teams, the Senior Manager develops global consumer engagement strategies that strengthen brand desirability, drive awareness, grow advocacy and accelerate business performance.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Influence & Creator Strategy
• Develop the long-term global influencer strategy.
• Build and nurture a global community of creators and tastemakers.
• Lead creator partnerships across paid and organic activations.
• Define influencer briefing frameworks and content standards.
• Partner with regional teams to maximize EMV and cultural relevance.
• Identify emerging creators, platforms and trends.
Content Strategy
• Lead the global consumer engagement strategy across Owned, Earned and Paid channels.
• Define the global content strategy and editorial direction.
• Build integrated content plans supporting product launches and brand moments.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing and Online teams to ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints.
• Develop scalable content frameworks for regional adaptation.
Social Media & Content
• Own the global social media strategy and editorial calendar.
• Lead content planning across launches and brand campaigns.
• Ensure social-first creative thinking across all activations.
• Develop platform-specific content recommendations.
Paid Media
• Lead the global paid media strategy.
• Define audience strategies and media priorities.
• Develop global paid media best practices.
Performance & Consumer Insights
• Monitor EMV, social performance and engagement.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify emerging consumer behaviors and trends.
• Lead reporting for leadership and campaign performance.
Cross-functional Partnership
• Partner closely with the Global Events & PR Senior Manager to maximize the content, social and influencer impact of global brand activations.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and inspire a high-performing Consumer Engagement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and excellence. Coach team members through clear objectives, regular feedback and development opportunities, empowering them to grow their expertise and deliver best-in-class work.
Qualifications
• 7-8 years of experience in content marketing, consumer engagement, influencer marketing or digital communications.
• Strong understanding of luxury content ecosystems and social-first storytelling.
• Proven experience building influencer strategies and creator partnerships.
• Experience developing integrated content strategies across Owned, Earned and Paid media.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across global markets and cross-functional teams.
• Luxury experience strongly preferred.
