Job Description 
Reporting to the Business Development Manager and Retail Manager for Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, you will support the International Department in analyzing business performance, tracking strategic initiatives, and driving retail excellence worldwide. As such, your missions will be as follows:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
•    Analyze global performance and provide monthly reports to track trends and sales growth.
•    Consolidate multi-source data to update and maintain business tracking tools.
•    Monitor competitors’ distribution growth and market penetration to provide strategic insights.
•    Coordinate product launch reporting, combining regional feedback and reviewing 360° activations (media, PR, events, visual merchandising). 
•    Assess product results against competitor benchmarks and overall market trends.

RETAIL
•    Strengthen Retail tools and develop region-specific guidelines, such as store opening procedures and retail execution best practices.
•    Create and distribute Retail Packages to ensure efficient campaign rollouts across all regions.
•    Conduct competitor market analyses through store visits and newsletters creation.
•    Manage Visual Merchandising activities, including:
o    Creating and maintaining project calendars to support the development of VM tools.
o    Gathering and consolidating VM needs from regional teams for each campaign.

AD-HOC
•    Support regional teams (Europe, Asia, Americas) in business development initiatives aligned with each brand’s strategy, including monthly meetings, brainstorming sessions to refine local needs, and preparation for market visits.
•    Organize the International Seminar in Paris, overseeing both logistics and content development.
•    Assist in creating presentations tailored to regional teams or retailers, such as Gravity meetings, business reviews, and retailer presentations.

Profile
•    Master’s student (Bac +4/5), with strong analytical skills, synthesis abilities, and proactivity.
•    Experience in Retail, Sales or Marketing is a plus.
•    Knowledge of luxury and niche fragrance markets.
•    Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
•    Fluent in English and French.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI).
