Key Performance Areas & Description 
GLOBAL BRAND GROWTH & AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIP
•    Identify key opportunities/challenges within current and future business models
•    Contribute to influencing Global Strategy via regional insights, ‘right-to-win’ and best practices
•    Translate Global vision in relevant operationalization plans at affiliate level
•    Analyze consumer data and retail sales from panels and KPIs from activations, transforming them into action 
•    Support Head of Global Commercial in developing the global brand commercial strategy (3-years strategy, LRP & budget elaboration) 
•     Support affiliate brand building strategies while safeguarding global equity and consistency
GLOBAL BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
•    Partner with Global Finance and affiliates on the Estimate & IBP monthly preparation
•    Work closely with GBVC to achieve optimal service level & forecasts accuracy 
•    Assist Demand Plan in reconciling building blocks with Global Finance
•    Contribute to building mitigation plans in coordination between Affiliates – including excess depletion
GO-TO-MARKET & CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT
•    Adapt global commercial strategy to build the GTM strategy per channel and key retailers
•    Align commercial plan, sales targets, distribution decisions and approve its execution, with support of Head of Global Commercial
•    Partner with Head of Online to define the online strategy & digital growth ambitions
•    Drive consistency in GTM execution across markets, ensuring local adaptation without diluting brand positioning
PRODUCT & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
•    Support sustainable growth of hero franchises and strategic NPLs by aligning launch priorities with affiliates.
•    Identify product needs and gaps based on consumer insights and local requirements.
•    Ensure pricing and promotional strategies are consistent with global guidelines and executed by affiliates
DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT
•    Act as the global point of contact for local distributors on marketing and commercial matters.
•    Ensure compliance, contract adherence, and brand alignment in distributor-led markets.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in brand management, encompassing both marketing and commercial responsibilities at regional and/or local levels, ideally within cosmetics or luxury industries

Some travel required (2-4 trips per year)
