Description

As a key member of the Global Marketing team at Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, you will contribute to the execution of the 3-year Fragrance, Body and Home products strategy. Supporting the team in delivering Go-to-market concepts and launch toolkits on time, you will focus on excellence in execution in collaboration with Global and Regional teams.

This role calls for someone with a deep passion for fragrance, home, and luxury culture, and a genuine enthusiasm for understanding consumers, cultural diversity, and emerging trends. It requires a unique blend of creative vision and analytical precision, with the agility to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Marketing Planning & GTM

  • Contribute to marketing calendar planification, partnering with cross-functional teams including Regions to deliver consistent execution.
  • Support deployment of marketing plan to Regions and lead the 360 Go-To-Market plans for new launches, High Traffic Moments or local activations.
  • Partner with Regions to develop an asset list that addresses content needs by channel/medium across the consumer journey in order to brief Creative team.
  • Manage all collaterals development projects from brief to GMW forecasts
  • Tracks High Traffic Moments campaigns impact & performance to inform next cycle of marketing planning
  • Uphold brand equity across the full consumer funnel

 

Portfolio Strategy

  • Demonstrate understanding of category growth drivers including pricing, distribution and assortment strategy, in order to analyze and rationalize portfolio with sustainability and performance in mind
  • Monitor competitive assortment and pricing changes
  • Define and manage sample strategies in collaboration with regions

 

Leadership

  • Demonstrates learning agility: anticipates change, and proactively seeks knowledge and skills to make a stronger impact
  • Executes with excellence and communicates results and learnings
  • Builds collaborative relationships internally and externally to deliver on objectives
  • Develops capabilities by codifying best practices and delivering on-the-job coaching to team

Qualifications

  • Position requires 5–7+ years of marketing, Global experience a must. Fragrance or luxury beauty experience preferred. 
  • Leadership and a strong taste for challenges.
  • Creative mindset and analytical thinking, understanding of cultural relevance
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface and build relationships with many departments across the organisation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, intellectually curious and solution-oriented
  • Be highly numerate and analytical with an ability to cross reference a variety of sources to reach recommendations to unlock opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Global mindset and passion for craftsmanship, artistry, and luxury
  • Fluent in English
