Job Description
The Global International Team is looking for an Intern to collaborate on driving online projects focused on accelerating the e-commerce development of our Darphin and Lab Series brands. In particular, the role will support regions through global function coordination, affiliates information cascading, brand sites campaigns & launches online performance analysis and ad-hoc requests in executing key strategic e-commerce projects.
Key missions
o Consolidate local online activation plans and create reports on key campaigns & launches across all affiliates.
o Support in key business critical presentations building (as per Pan European Brand presentations, Business reviews with Top Management) and cross-functional coordination.
o Support Brand.com Global Online Lead in building the 6 month B.COM animation plan.
o Build and execute a clear retroplanning for creative briefing, delivery of assets, guidelines and toolkits in coordination with Global Creative and Marketing teams.
o Run sites weekly check to ensure a flawless customer journey and flag issues for correction.
o Run e-retailers & pureplayers monthly sites audit to ensure brand latest updates are reflected on boutique (assortment, assets).
o Run monthly competitive benchmarking to report big ideas, trends and best practices.
o Support the regions in launching the new website using new e-commerce platform & manage the update of the new features.
o Collaborate with the regions and internal teams to ensure Amazon related queries & the improvement of the performance.
Profile
Business school student (Bac+4/5 or equivalent), with a previous internship experience. English fluency required.

• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with all levels of the organization

• Proficient in Pack Office. Knowledge of .NET, CMS, and/or Offer Manager is a plus
