Description
You will receive an individually defined development plan so that you can learn the most important skills of a retail make⁃up artist in just 6 months.
⁃ You will also have an experienced buddy at your side who will support you and develop you professionally and personally.
⁃ You will learn how to apply professional make⁃up and how to provide first⁃class customer advice.
⁃ You will acquire in⁃depth product knowledge about our brand and philosophy.
⁃ Your communication skills will be further developed and you will become a storytelling professional.
⁃ We all know that nothing works without social media, which is why you will take part in valuable workshops on the topics of content creation and virtual services.
⁃ And the best for last: your employment as a retail make⁃up artist is guaranteed if you successfully complete the trainee program.

Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $14.18 to $23.16. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
