Description

This position is responsible for driving retail and net sales performance while building strong field execution capability and team leadership. This role ensures sustainable business growth by balancing people development, retail excellence, and commercial performance ownership across all channels.

1. Business & Sales Leadership (30%)

  • Own and deliver retail sales and net sales targets, including budget and expense management
  • Analyze performance by store/door/channel and define actionable growth plans to drive sustainable business growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize sales and market share
  • Drive market share growth through strategic initiatives and strong retailer partnerships
  • Monitor productivity (store, channels) and optimize performance
  • Drive productivity improvement through effective deployment of field resources, coaching interventions, and performance management
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, including sales performance, opportunities, risks, and action plans

2. Retail & Field Execution Excellence (25%)

  • Ensure strong in-store execution aligned with brand strategy and priorities, and commercial objectives
  • Monitor and improve service standards, selling skills, and KPI delivery
  • Conduct regular store visits and field coaching sessions to reinforce retail excellence, customer experience, and commercial execution standards
  • Lead by example through hands-on coaching and partnership with ACEs, Retail Managers, and store teams
  • Drive excellence in merchandising, product assortment, visual presentation, and stock management
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing programs, promotional activities, and product launches at store level
  • Maintain strong control of store operations, compliance, and retail discipline
  • Share best practices and successful execution strategies across stores, teams, and business units

3. Team Leadership & Capability Building (20%)

  • Lead, coach, and develop ACEs, Retail Managers, and field teams to achieve business objectives
  • Build high-performing teams through structured coaching and development plans, and regular performance feedback
  • Oversee performance management, succession planning, and talent development processes
  • Partner with Education to ensure continuous enhancement of product knowledge, selling capability, and leadership skills
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance

4. Retailer & Stakeholder Management (15%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key external partners
  • Negotiate and manage promotional activities, retail space, visibility opportunities, and commercial investments
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business priorities
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial strategies
  • Provide market, retailer, and field insights to support business planning and decision-making

5. Marketing & Brand Execution (5%)

  • Ensure effective execution of product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable feedback to Brand teams
  • Maintain strong brand representation and consistent consumer experience across all touchpoints

6. Inventory & Operations Management (5%)

  • Ensure optimal stock levels, product mix, and assortment
  • Partner with Supply Chain and retailers for order and shipment management
  • Monitor inventory risks, including stock imbalances, excess inventory, and diversion

Qualifications

• Education
   - University-level education

• Experiences
   - Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in retail sales, commercial management, field sales, or key account/retailer management
   - Experience in a similar or relevant industry (e.g., FMCG, Luxury, and Cosmetic) is preferred
