Warehouse Supervisor

The purpose of this role is to guarantee the nationalization of the products through labelling (regulatory information and product validity) with less cost and maximum efficiency, to manage ELCA's warehouse operations (~50 employees and third parties) according to the ELC process and to lead the team to achieve the set objectives.

ELCA's logistics network includes 2 active DCs located in Cariacica - ES and Jundiai - SP and interfaces with Customer Service, Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Import, Transport, Elegancia and suppliers (labelling and service providers).

This role will be responsible for developing the operational process to run the operation as efficiently as possible, also developing the employees, creating successors and a committed team. It should be able to align resources and demand, anticipating critical times becoming the process as stable as possible.


JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related areas 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with background in logistics operation, preferably in a cosmetics or pharmaceutics environment; 
• Excellent written and oral communications, excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate with multiple cultures and at senior levels with retailers 
• Ability to work in process improvement environment;
