About the role
As District Training Manager, you will be responsible for executing the education strategy across makeup, skincare, and fragrance within Sweden. You will lead and manage your team of Retail Sales Trainers and initiate and conduct initiatives both in-store, online, and in classroom settings, ensuring strong brand equity and brilliant execution at every touchpoint. You will take full ownership of the national education strategy in collaboration with the National Sales Manager and Nordic Education Manager, working closely with Retail Sales Trainers, District Managers, and Retail Sales Executives to build product knowledge and elevate the performance of both own and generic staff. Through coaching, on-the-spot training, and tailored education programs, you will drive sales, support in-store activations, and continuously adapt training based on business needs and performance insights.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute education plan within makeup, skincare and fragrances in line with strategy and team input
- Ensure training effectiveness, staff development, and in-store execution by adapting programs and coaching approaches
- Full ownership of your own district and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage and optimize resources for training activities, ensuring cost-efficiency in travel, logistics, and execution
- Lead and develop a team of Retail Sales Trainers, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and talent development to build a high-performing education function
- Collaborate cross-functionally with District Managers, Retail Sales Executives, and Education Manager to align training with strategic goals and drive retail sales productivity
- Continuously monitor sales performance and feedback to refine education strategies and ensure impactful brand execution
Your Qualifications
- You have advanced education experience in one or all of the following categories makeup artistry and/or skincare and fragrance
- You have a proven track record of delivering training in-store, online, and in classroom settings
- You are confident presenting and coaching, with strong execution and communication skills
- You are a team player who builds collaborative relationships and networks across teams
- You are digitally savvy and comfortable delivering training via screen with warmth and energy
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and continuously seek smarter, more efficient ways of working
- You maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism
- You are fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
- You hold a valid driver’s license and are flexible to travel
