- Define and drive online optimization strategies, ensuring strong brand presence, conversion, and revenue lift across retailer websites.
- Champion excellence in execution, ensuring our partners experience the very best of The Estée Lauder Companies.
Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or sales – or equivalent experience.
- Solid experience as a Key Account Manager or Buyer within a large retail or FMCG organization - experience in beauty or premium brands is an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and building strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of commercial KPIs (margins, returns, new launches, etc.) and the ability to turn analysis into action.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating digital opportunities that drive business performance.
- Highly proficient in Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in English and as minimum one of the Nordic languages
