The role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Senior Retail Sales Executive to lead by example, coach, and develop our retailer's in-store teams. This role is pivotal in driving us towards achieving our sales, customer service, and operational targets. Your passion for people, our company, and our products and services will ensure that both retailer staff and customers have a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and delights.
This exceptional opportunity involves managing several of our top stores within your district. You will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and the training of retailer staff. Your outstanding people skills will help you forge collaborative relationships with in-store teams, ensuring the store meets the Company's high standards of visual merchandising.
Additionally, you will manage, develop, and nurture a direct team of Point of Sale staff. You will report to your District Manager.
The position is permanent and full-time, based in Stockholm. The potential start date will be 2025.11.15.
More specifically, you will:
- Reach the retail targets by door and district, by month and by year and track the progression of the targets
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with our retailors
- Align with the different stores manager about the brands' business plans and ensure that the agreed trade plans are executed
- Follow up with the different doors' performance and create an action plan if needed
- Ensure that visual merchandising is optimal and updated in accordance to the brands' guidelines
- Facilitate Master Classes and Events within own district
- Secure one/one service in all sell-out doors and conduct one/one bookings with customers
- Educate generic staff ensuring that they have the right knowledge about our Hero products and deliver authentic and personalised experience during sell-out occasions
- Manage and develop a direct team of Point of Sales staff
- Plan for and handle recruitment and succession
Qualifications
You are the perfect fit if you:
- Are a passionate and experienced beauty expert preferably in make-up, fragrance and skincare industry
- Have previous experience in retail
- Are business-minded and aligned with KPI's set by the company
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and for delivering exception customer experience
- Have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Are proficient in a Swedish and English both in speaking and in writing
- Are able to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Have a driver's license
- Are digital savy with Social Media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
