We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Customer Relations Executive to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain relationship for a portfolio of key retail customers. Acting as the critical link between our commercial teams, supply operations, and retail partners, you will play a vital role in driving service excellence, optimizing order management, and aligning supply processes to support our Net Sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Relationship Management: Act as the primary supply chain contact for an assigned portfolio of retailers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term strategic alignment.
  • Order Optimisation: Proactively manage customer orders to support Net Sales targets while maximising supply chain efficiency and minimising risk of waste or lost sales.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on customer supply performance metrics (e.g. service levels, order fill rates, OTIF) and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly resolve order-related issues such as supply issues, delays, or discrepancies with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead opportunities to improve supply chain processes, systems, and customer collaboration models.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a supply chain, customer service, or account management role—ideally within the retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP), order management tools, and Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for delivering customer excellence and operational efficiency.
