We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Estee Lauder brand team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. 

As a 360 Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals for your relevant portfolio within the Estee Lauder Brand. You will work closely with other departments to ensure our brand message is consistent and effective. This role reports to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager for the Estee Lauder brand. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio within the Estee Lauder Brand (eg: Skincare, Makeup, Fragrance & Promotion), including owning and driving the portfolio strategy and channel play, new product forecasting & portfolio SKU management, and executing cost effective 360 marketing campaigns to deliver sustainable top-line growth. 
  • Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns and activities relevant to your portfolio of work. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies and retailer sell-in opportunities. 
  • Work closely with a subset of key retailers to execute & activate the Estee Lauder brand vision & strategy, work with the retailers’ seasonal/annual brand planning cycles (Trade Marketing) 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. 
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective & spent according to monthly budget phasing. Work with ELC’s internal financial planning & analysis timelines to ensure effective brand management & achievement of bottom-line targets. 
  • Management of key cross functional internal processes - with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Digital Commerce Marketing. 
  • Act as a guide/mentor for the executive level of the team. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
