Description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Indirect Procurement Manager to join our Sydney-based team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end indirect procurement operations across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, working cross-functionally with local and regional stakeholders to drive value, optimise supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with global procurement strategies. The role is accountable for category strategy development, sourcing execution, supplier management, and end-to-end Procure 2 Pay operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement in total cost of ownership, quality, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing plans which include yearly savings initiatives and project pipelines. Analyze spend data and market trends to identify new opportunities and deliver value.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business needs, deliver cost savings, and enhance supplier performance.
- Lead the development and execution of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes aligned with category strategies and supplier negotiation plans. Manage contract terms, risk mitigation, and compliance.
- Develop and manage the strategic supplier relationship to drive continuous improvement and explore new business collaboration opportunities.
- Develop category-specific cost savings and other value-creation strategies across the full range of Indirect categories such as, but not limited to: Marketing services, Collaterals, Media & Advertising, Store Construction, Visual Merchandising, Distribution & Logistics, Travel, Informational Technology, Office Services.
- Approve v-payments, end of month reports, PO approvals, Ariba/SAP vendor support, agreement signing via DocuSign. Define, maintain, and enforce procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications
About You
- 5–7 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail industries.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and contract management expertise.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and culturally diverse environment.
