Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Luxury Fragrance Team and help us drive our marketing efforts to new heights for the Kilian Paris and BALMAIN Beauty brands on a fixed term contract.
Kilian Paris was founded by Kilian Hennessy who was born into one of France’s most illustrious dynasties in fine liquors. Kilian Paris creates a culture of pursuing ultimate luxury and an audacious, rule-breaking approach to products and marketing.

As a Marketing Manager across these two luxury brands, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will work closely with other departments to ensure our brand message is consistent and effective, and ensure campaigns are executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and activity to recruit customers and drive sales.
- Manage all marketing campaigns and activities from planning to execution and analysis.
- Review market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and optimise as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
