Description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Marketing Team to ensure seamless go-to-market plan delivery and store execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
· Assist in the maintenance of the brand’s master product list, update order forms and communicate stock status updates with store teams
· Process Sample, Tester and Collateral orders
· Maintain stock levels of product cupboard with appropriate audit measures in place
· Liaise with warehouse for no-charge orders including stock in/out of cupboard
· Be the main point of contact for all ANZ stores and manage incoming requests, including in-store service operations and online tools
· Create and distribute Marketing Bulletin each month on all brand activity
· Drive promotional execution including code set-up and stakeholder management
· Prepare design briefs for promo collateral, retailer asset crops and other assets as required
· Assist in the execution of Go-to-market plans across online and in-store channels including campaigns, new launches, promo planning, visual merchandising, sampling programs and CRM programs in partnership with the online and commercial teams
· Support the execution of events and brand activations.
· Prepare design briefs for press releases and other PR/eventing materials
· Organise press / influencer seeding and send-outs as required
· Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
· Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all marketing touchpoints
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools.
Administrative Support
· Prepare and present reports on marketing activities to senior management
· Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, brand bulletins and field newsletters and upload content to all necessary platforms
· Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings - either physical or digital
· Raise, track and close all purchase orders related to the role, reconcile budget lines accordingly
· Work in partnership with other support personnel in Brand to assist in smooth flow of operations and Brand activities
· Other general tasks as required by the Brand Team
Qualifications
· Previous marketing or clerical/administration office based position (minimum 2 years);
· Degree in marketing or a related field is beneficial but not required
· Computer skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canva
