Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Operations Executive to support our travel retail business. This role bridges commercial planning with operational execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment.

You will also play a key role in the coordination of product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring all operational aspects are executed smoothly — from preparing communications and distributing promotional materials to supporting VIP visits and brand initiatives.

Overall, your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational follow-through to help drive business performance and enhance the customer experience in Oceania travel retail.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Exceptional coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment
