Description

We’re currently seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Supply Planner to join our dynamic supply chain team. This is a key role in driving product availability, optimising inventory, and supporting the growth and agility for a portfolio of Brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure optimal product availability across channels.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including but not limited to demand planners, brand marketing and commercial partners to align supply with forecasted demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels and take proactive actions to minimise out of stocks and excess inventory. Create and execute contingency plans when required.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead communication on delivery timelines and order status.
  • Participate in IBP (Integrated Business Plan) and S&OE (Sales & Operation Execution) processes to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Support system and process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
