Visual Merchandising Manager - M.A.C & Bobbi Brown

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandising Manager to join our MAC and Bobbi Brown teams. This role is responsible for leading the visual merchandising strategy and execution across all MAC and Bobbi Brown retail locations in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual merchandising, a keen eye for design, and the ability to drive brand engagement through innovative and impactful visual displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s image and marketing campaigns.
• Design and execute window displays, in-store displays, and signage that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to the Trade Activation Manager.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure displays are maintained and updated regularly.
• Stay current on retail trends and consumer behavior to keep displays fresh and relevant.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
• Strong creative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
