Indirect Procurement Manager

Job Description

Principal Objectives：
◆ This role oversees the Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau markets
◆ Identify cost saving opportunities and deliver annual saving targets
◆ Be able to search new vendors for new projects requested by brands and functions
◆ Support local and regional projects
◆ Good in project management and organizational skills. Self-starter, capable od leading team and conversation with internal/external stakeholders


Job Description：
Procure to Pay
◆ Implement IP project and conduct end-user training to achieve
desirability of knowledge transfer
◆ Continue to track the performance from creating request to PO
completion in IP system, highlight the bottle necks/issues for action plan
development
◆ Ensure internal end users and external vendors comply with P2P
process/policy

Indirect Procurement
◆ Review existing vendor pool and setup prefer vendor database
◆ Communicate code of conduct with all vendors to ensure policy is in full compliance
◆ Ensure the newly developed vendors to fully follow Company’s vender management policy
◆ Develop collaborative relationship with brand team by providing the best customer service and cost-efficiency purchase
◆ Initiate IP projects to generate saving per target including but not limited to media buy, A&P, counter construction, supply chain…etc.

Qualifications

◆ 5 to 10 years of relevant procurement experiences in multinational corporations
◆ Ability in learning and dealing with purchasing for mixed spending categories
◆ Proven ability to manage internal and external parties to ensure successful and professional purchasing activities
◆ P2P process design and compliance
◆ Good at time management and project management
◆ Self-starter, be capable of working independently.
◆ Excellent project management skill and analytical experience
◆ Computer literate (ERP systems, Windows Family: Word, Excel, PP, MS Project, Internet Sourcing Research…)
◆ Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
