Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, this role is responsible for implementing the sales strategy in his/her area of responsibility, in order to achieve the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee sales operations, building long-term retailer relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
- Lead and develop team members to maintain high performance:
-Analyze KPIs by BA/store/brand/visit.
-Set monthly sell-out targets per store/brand.
-Optimize BA allocation (brand/store match).
-Monitor BA productivity and performance development.
-Drive results through performance management.
- Manage the sell-in process and analyze sell-out data to drive sales growth.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with retailers’ commercial agreements.
- Collect and analyze market share data from retailers.
- Act as the key contact between the company and retailers.
- Collaborate closely with training and marketing teams to ensure POS effectiveness.
- Ensure high-quality representation of the company's products.
- Support career development and teamwork within the sales team.
- Execute store-level strategic action plans in line with company objectives.
- Anticipate and address potential issues with actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and developing teams
- A bachelor’s and preferably Master’s degree will be considered as additional assets
- Previous experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of store operations and the ability to drive sales strategies within retail environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for the role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Greek and English.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
