Description

The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in supporting the Clinique and Origins brands.

In this role the coordinator will be responsible for supporting all consumer touchpoints within the assigned brands:

  • Visual merchandising support with checking pricing and copy
  • Creating and updating PowerPoint decks for retailer presentations
  • Maintaining brand calendars and updating weekly field communication
  • Completing retailer forms and updating brand communication
  • Field support through communication packages, tracking and ordering tools, samples, event collateral etc.
  • Supporting pr and marketing events
  • Partnering with education and consumer engagement on field and media initiatives
  • This role will collaborate with all functions within the brands including consumer engagement, education, ecommerce, visual merchandising, and account planning.


Marketing

  • Support and execute launch and promotional programs custom fitting them by retailer (requires knowledge of retailer levers, loyalty programs, VIP opportunities etc.)
  • Provide field support through for in-store / event execution.
  • Liaise with Customer Service Manager I Account Planning team to ensure consistent follow-up on all projects for on-time shipment of orders
  • Provide Retailers with upcoming event / promo / launch / advertising information
  • Work with Manager on creation of presentations for retail, field and corporate         
  • Help shipping Gift with Purchase from ELC DCs to Retailers and Field 
  • Help shipping samples to Retailers for retailer corporate/ECOM sampling programs  
  • Set up forms/ submission forms for new launch SKUs/promos/VM updates  
  • Support pitches and communication for retailer programs
  • Support field requests for collateral, samples, brand tools
  • Support in store visual merchandising updates and initiatives including verification of price strips and product copy
  • Support with pulling creative assets for media campaigns   

Support/Reporting 

  • Issue and manage PO, expenses entries and passport for the Advertising and Promotions budgets. 
  • Leverage reporting tools to support . 
  • Create seasonal programs ppt presentations & launch books (Retailers and FE) in collaboration with Marketing Managers.
  • Support the Marketing Director organizing Retailers Market meetings and National Sales Meetings: gifts, set up, food, zoom calls, ppt presentations and documentation.
  • Create launch guides for the FE for key launches/promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Managers.
  • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Assist in streamlining work processes
  • Support Marketing Director and Marketing Manager.
  • Courier ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary Degree required.
  • 2 years work experience in Marketing.
  • Similar work experience in the cosmetics industry and retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to recognize and prioritize needs of the brand to be in-line with local initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Bilingual French, considered an asset.

Pay Range:
Anticipated Base Salary Range $52,000.00  to $60,000.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
