As one of our talented rotating Beauty Experts for several of our amazing brands, you’re a key figure for the support of these brands in our different shopping points in your specific region.

With your passion for people; our company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience; which he or she will often remember with pleasure.

You are driven when it comes to achieving sales targets and you actively participate in events and workshops to boost the sales.

You have excellent product knowledge and you’re able to convey this knowledge in a fascinating way to the staff of the perfumery and pharmacy.

Thanks to your ability to create strong professional relationships with store managers and their teams, you succeed in ensuring that all ELC brands are always presented according to the company guidelines for visual merchandising.

• 3-5 years of retail experience in the beauty sector
• A degree in skin care or beauty is a must
• Service experience in a luxury environment: being able to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
• Able to work autonomously and very flexible in terms of travel times and distances
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
• Language knowledge: Dutch and English
• Basic knowledge of Excel

• Skin care of beauty achtergrond is een must
