As one of our talented and inspirational Counter Managers for this luxury brand, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of Beauty Advisors with a passion for unique fragrances. With your leadership, coaching and business management skills, you will continually motivate and coach your team to exceed all client expectations and achieve all sales targets.

This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own counter. You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team.

• Proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced environment preferably within beauty
• A background in luxury beauty and/or hospitality is a plus
• Must have: Passionate about fragrance and up to date with the latest beauty trends
• Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a highly performing creative sales team
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
• Prepared to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings, weekends and during special events
• Languages: Dutch and English

• Bewezen leiderschaps-, coaching- en business management vaardigheden, opgedaan in een “fast-paced” omgeving bij voorkeur in de beauty sector
• Een achtergrond in luxe beauty en/of hospitality is een absolute plus
• Must have: Passie voor geuren en up to date zijn met de laatste beauty trends
• In staat om inspirerend leiderschap te bieden aan een hoog presterend creatief salesteam
• Voorgaande ervaring in business planning waaronder het opstellen van sales-en customer service doelstellingen, analyse van de sales en het opmaken van de planningen voor het team
• Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
• Ervaring met het creëren en uitvoeren van evenementen in de winkel
• Bereid om flexibel te werken tijdens de winkeluren, inclusief avonden, weekends en tijdens speciale evenementen.
• Talen: Nederlands en Engels
