Description
Responsibilities:
• Executes the Marketing Strategy for the Brand in the Affiliate
• Collects and understands best practices from region, commercial and digital team
• Understands marketing strategy based on analysis of competitive landscape and trends in markets, customers, products, prices, and channels to identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement
• Marketing Budget management
• Drives the delivery of the 360° consumer marketing plan across all media channels
• Working closely with Product Marketing, Trade, Online and Commercial Teams
• Consolidates inputs from Paid, Owned and Earned Media, works with the DCM team on the full year media budget allocator
• Gives clear guidelines and objectives and ensures smooth flow of information between Brand and DCM
• Contributes to the CRM strategy in partnership with the CRM team
• Shares learnings with all, reports and presentation preparation
• Support in defining and optimizing the Consumer Journey(s) combining all communication and distribution channels
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Marketing including responsibility for 360°consumer engagement strategy
- Very oriented for Consumer and Digital, interested in trends and social media
- Strong strategic approach combined with high level of creativity.
- Experience in project planning, retail marketing execution, and budget management.
- Experience and track record in cosmetics and/or retail industry a definite advantage.
- High analytical skills.
- Fluent English (both, speaking and writing).
