E-Commerce Key Account Executive

As a E-Commerce Key Account Executive you will be responsible for driving and accelerating online retailer business through excellent execution of plans for assigned ELC brands. 

Key Responsibilities on this position: 

  • Delivers proposals of activation plans based on briefing from Brands and Key Account Lead, within the touchpoints available for each e-retailer, 
  • Executes activities driving sellout in retailers’ online channels, collaborates with relevant eretailers’ and ELC departments to execute the plan within defined scope, timing and budget, especially in the area of:
  • Retailers’ website visibility – provides relevant assets and/or designs media with external agency
  • Retailers’ website product availability – regularly checks the availability of key SKUs, especially to identify gaps for key activations
  • Retailers’ social media handles – defines social media calendar and delivers assets matching brands’ and retailers’ communication priorities
  • In collaboration with retailer’s content coordinator, identifies and implement content and assortment optimizations to improve customer experience and conversion, 
  • eCommerce and eRetail customer representative; building strong relationships with retail partners,
  • Strategic leader for opportunity maximization across eCommerce account to grow market share
  • Stays ahead of what happens in the market  

Qualifications

What kind of qualifications we need?  

Very good command of English  

• eCommerce account management and customer management experience  

• Sales and marketing experience, including leading successful vendor negotiations  

• Experience in cosmetics or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries preferred  

• Ability to understand Customer P&L / business levers, manage budgets, and drive toward KPIs  

• Ability to balance Customer, Consumer, and Brand perspectives at the same time  

• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross department networking and influencing  

• Strong leadership and project management skills, managing project timelines and cross-functional teams with excellence in execution and strong attention to details in high paced environment.  

• Strong analytical skills, using data to identify opportunities and make sound recommendations affecting business decisions and results.  

• Ability to intelligently & respectfully challenge convention, influence decisions, and drive change.
