Junior Marketing Executive (3 months, civil contract)

We are looking for a person who will temporarily support our Fragrance Marketing Team. It is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in our company.

The position is responsible for supporting the Brand Marketing Team in the performance of tasks related to the development and implementation of marketing plans in the CE Region.

Role reports to brand Director CE but also supports 360 MM CE and Trade Marketing MM.

Main responsibilities:

• Supports the Brand Marketing Team in the performance of tasks related to the development and implementation of marketing plans in the CE region. Including:
• Initiating and supervising productions and orders of trade materials incl merchandising materials and ensuring proper execution by field team/ close cooperation with DMs – acts as the main brand day to day contact
• Preparation of product master data and other materials for use online and offline, incl Masterdata updates and other retailer and distributor info updates
• Pricelist updates and price upload into systems, timely execution and communication with stakeholders,
• Marketing activations execution support incl generation of POs and NCs, tracking approvals process and completion
• Planograms update and implementation of brand merchandising standards at points of sale, incl VM cards production and distribution to stakeholders
• Supports preparation for Retailer discussions, in particular regarding the promotional calendar and Trade execution, as per brand guidelines and locally adapted by 360 MM – collecting feedback and supporting deck creation
• Other local and regional brand and employee engagement activations.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Details oriented while maintaining big picture perspective, can easily multitask and work with multiple stakeholders on a variety of projects
• Interested in the Marketing area, any experience in this area would be a plus
• English on C1/C2 proficiency level, Russian a nice to have
