Trade Marketing Executive- Estee Lauder, La Mer (maternity cover)

This position executes marketing strategy into real action in cooperation with Retailers. Builds and coordinates promotional and animation calendar. Plans and monitors budget for promotional calendar in line with brand strategy. Monitors execution of marketing plan (timing, quality, cost).

Main reponsibilities:

• Drives the marketing plan into a detailed animation and promotional plan across all channels.
• Builds a detailed animation and promotional calendar by channel.
• Plans and monitors budget for promotional calendar in line with brand strategy.
• Briefs and monitors execution by Corporate Visual Merchandising.
• Monitors execution of marketing plan (timing, quality, cost).
• Cooperate with District Managers on the quality of the Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution.
• Drives innovation and continuous improvement on Trade Marketing.
• Conclude on Trade campaign analysis with inputs from KAM/Fields team and the different available tools.
• Responsible for giving valid forecast inputs to Product Manager to ensure forecast is aligned with trade plan focus.
• Responsible for supporting Special Event Manager in in-store events planning and execution.
• Support Trade Marketing Manager in daily tasks (including PO creation, contact with agency).

Qualifications

Key Attributes for the role:

• At least 1-2 years experience in Marketing including consumer engagement actions and trade activation
• Very oriented for Consumer insight and Digital communication development but with a good understanding of traditional retail
• Strong strategic approach combined with high level of creativity, working with specialty multi retail partners will be an advantage.
• Experience in project planning, retail marketing execution, and budget management.
• High analytical skills.
• Experience and track record in cosmetics and/or retail industry a definite advantage.
• A least very good English (both, speaking and writing)
