Due to our continued growth and as a replacement,  we are now hiring an Executive Assistant for our Global Client Management Team in Wollerau, Switzerland.

Your main responsibilities include:

As an Executive Assistant supporting our VP, Global Client Management TR WW. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the right hand to a senior executive, ensuring smooth operations across global teams and managing mission-critical compliance processes.

You’ll be at the heart of our Travel Retail Worldwide business, coordinating with stakeholders across EMEA, Americas, APAC, and New York, and contributing to our high-touch culture and collaborative spirit.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and daily priorities across time zones.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure legal and tax-sensitive documents follow internal approval flows and are archived securely.
  • Event & Project Management: Lead and coordinate global events, webinars, and retailer meetings with precision and flair.
  • Team Coordination: Act as a liaison across international teams, ensuring alignment and timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Audit & Reporting: Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
  • Onboarding & Procurement: Facilitate onboarding of new team members and manage departmental expenses.

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • A Bachelor`s or Master`s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in executive support or similar roles
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Swiss German and French are a plus
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, SAP, Power BI, Concur
  • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and discretion
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization
