Due to our continued growth and as a replacement, we are now hiring a Global Client Manager for our Global Client Management Team in Wollerau, Switzerland.
Description
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for global business and client relationships? We’re looking for a Global Client Manager to join our Corporate Business Operations team and lead a portfolio of global retail accounts worth ~$300M in net revenue.
This high-impact role blends commercial acumen, trade marketing expertise, and strong analytical skills. You’ll be the key liaison between our brands and global retailers, driving joint business plans, promotional strategies, and operational excellence across all TR regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Leadership: Own and manage a global key account cluster, ensuring delivery of Net Sales, NOP, and market share objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with global retailers; lead Top-to-Top meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
- Commercial Excellence: Negotiate global open-to-buy, commercial terms, and yearly incentives. Monitor P&L to ensure financial targets are met.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee novelty listings, assortment reviews, and order follow-ups in collaboration with Data to Report and regional teams.
- Promotional Strategy: Align global promotional calendars and omni-channel plans with internal brand and marketing teams.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly performance reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Animate and align the regional Corporate Account Manager community across London, Singapore, and Miami.
