About the Role
As a Graphic Designer on our newly established Content & Asset Creation Team you will play a vital role in creating and adapting high-quality marketing materials for all our touchpoints in the Nordics. This includes but is not limited to paid media, visual merchandising, social media, newsletters, and websites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all assets are in alignment with our brand guidelines and DNAs, maintaining a consistent brand image throughout all materials.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Adapt global campaign assets, both still and video, for all touchpoints including paid media, visual merchandising, social media, newsletters, and websites
- Create graphics, layouts, and motion graphics for both print and digital media, including marketing materials, websites, social media, and email campaigns
- Ensure that all designs align with our Brand Visual Identity and communication strategy
- Meet all technical requirements for projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all design projects are completed to the highest standard and on time
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Provide brand advice and support
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, DTP’er, Multimedia Designer or similar, preferably in an advertising agency, digital agency, beauty/fashion/lifestyle brand, or another creative business
- Proven experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics (Adobe premiere / Adobe After Effects)
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Fluency in minimum one of the Nordic languages and English
