Description of the brand and the team:
This internship gives the candidate the opportunity to work on the launch of Balmain Beauty in EMEA, learn about luxury and beauty industry and work with a multicultural and multidisciplinary team in a fast-pacing environment.
Key responsibilities:
PRODUCT MARKETING SUPPORT

Product category coordinating supporting Product Marketing manager on: assortment (product and testers), launch guidelines, delivery of lab samples and shipments to affiliates.

Coordinate Market sample process at regional level, supporting product deliver and coordinating needs between affiliates and Global supply teams.

Conduct Deep dive Analysis on Competitive launches, product or subcategories in Fragrance, to identify opportunities and provide relevant insights.

In store execution check (store visit) both Balmain & competition

Participate and help develop presentations for Regional meetings with Brand teams and/or Retailers.

Direct contact with local teams in EMEA affiliates to provide support Product marketing related queries.
REPORTING
-
Creation a Launch Report template: consolidation of Brand launch performance reports from affiliates and provide insights.

Creation of a Monthly Retail Sales tracker: consolidate sell out by affiliate and provide insights.

Monthly NPD market analysis: analysis to review Balmain brand and product performance, competitive analysis, review category trends and evolution, and identified areas of growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level:
Higher Education (Bac + 5, from a business school or university)
Minimum Years and Area of Experience:
At least 2 internships work experience. Interest in the cosmetics sector, sensitive for luxury industry. Previous, relevant marketing experience.
Required Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (language of work) and ability to speak French. Other European language is a plus.

Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills: including Microsoft 365 Office programs, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint, ideal but not mandatory knowledge of Panel Data tools (NPD…).
