To support our Brand expansion within the Demand Planning Department, we are recruiting a Regional Demand Planning Assistant for 12 months apprenticeship starting in September 2026 in our EMEA offices in the Paris area in our Luxury Fragrance cluster.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Create and maintain 18 months rolling forecast on inline catalogue
Help identify appropriate benchmarks and forecast New product launch
Manage a set of markets from the demand analytics to market review to forecast update
Produce and maintain the forecast of new product launches in collaboration with both regional and affiliate Marketing
Conduct monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) analysis to identify root causes of forecast variance and undertake corrective actions
Manage master data to reflect life cycles of the products
Maintain the usage plan of promotional items in collaboration with affiliate marketing teams
Support the Regional Demand Planning team on S&OP (IBP) meetings preparation
Process improvement: Deploy a NPL forecasting tool and process on the brand
Qualifications
Student of engineering or business school, or 3rd cycle with supply chain specialization (Master degree)
Must be fully proficient in English, French is a plus but not mandatory
Strong Excel skills (create, update and use), Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment
