Description
We are looking for a Senior Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to join us on a temporary contract (CDD) starting in July, covering a maternity leave.
Job Purpose
The IBP Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the IBP Lead in operationalizing and driving the Integrated Business Planning process across regional and global levels. This role ensures alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans, facilitates strategic decision-making, and drives overall business performance through driving executional excellence, governance, capability building, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- IBP Process Leadership: Ensure synchronization across demand planning, supply planning, finance, and marketing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KPI and overall business performance including IBP maturity and compliance.
- Demand & Supply Planning: Oversee rolling demand plans and ensure alignment with business objectives. This includes consolidation of different demand planning forecast across all demand and inventory types. Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve.
- Meeting Facilitation & Governance: Consolidate demand and financial plans for the region to prepare the regional and global IBP meeting. Ensure structured cadence, clear governance (RACI), and escalation of critical topics. Align on risks, opportunities, and gap management (SP–LE). Prepare escalation topics for IBP.
- Post-Meeting: Track decisions and follow up on action items. Update templates and iterate based on feedback.
- Scenario Planning & Analysis: Develop and present scenarios to support decision-making. Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between regional teams, global planning, and finance. Drive alignment on forecast assumptions and regional adjustments. Support IBP capability building and education initiatives.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor adherence to IBP standards. Conduct maturity assessments and implement improvement plans when necessary
- Transformation: Support the IBP Lead in managing transformational projects which includes tools, reviews process, education and implementation
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or IBP roles.
- Technical Skills: SAP IBP or similar tools, advanced Excel/Power BI.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and global meetings.
- Analytical: Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
