As a Sr. Analyst in the OneSource Procure to Pay (PTP) team, you will play a key role in financial operations, focusing on accounts payable processes, reporting, and analytics. You’ll ensure accurate and timely financial service delivery while partnering with a Third-Party Provider to support multiple departments across the North America region.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day PTP processes and support AP reporting with a Third-Party Provider.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze transaction impacts and resolve inefficiencies.
- Maintain reporting metrics focused on working capital and cash flow forecasting.
- Support finance teams, procurement, and other stakeholders in implementing process changes.
- Execute key financial activities: vendor account analysis, month-end close, GR/IR reconciliations, AP recovery, and payment processing.
- Lead process transformation efforts to standardize and harmonize practices across departments and brands.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and operational controls; assist with audits and risk assessments.
- Supervise and guide PTP Analysts in daily tasks and priorities.
- Contribute to projects such as brand integrations, system implementations, and process redesigns.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with third-party service providers is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead or support process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
